Our Local Focus

We trace our roots to 1963, when Dr. Joseph Seeger opened his practice in downtown Rochester. Later, he moved the practice to Webster and expanded it with the addition of his son, Dr. Richard Seeger. In 1996, the practice merged with two others to form Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Western New York. With the new millennium, a new name was adopted: OcuSight Eye Care Center.

Over the years, OcuSight Eye Care Center has remained a local physician-owned company and responded to the needs of our growing community by adding locations to cover all areas of Rochester and Monroe County. To provide a continuum of care, services have been added as well, such as in-office optical shops, laser vision correction (including LASIK), and facial rejuvenation.
