Insurance
We accept most types of medical insurance. Any applicable co-pays
are due at the time of visit. Master Card, Visa and Discover
are also accepted for payment of services. With all other insurances,
full payment is expected at the time of service and an itemized
statement will be given to submit for insurance reimbursement.
There are several exceptions to this, please ask to be sure.
