Dr. Mogan's interests include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, tear ducts and orbits in both adults, and the pediatric population, with an emphasis on maintaining overall eye health. Cosmetically Dr. Mogan is adept at creating a more "Youthful you" not a "New you" by utilizing a conservative approach to surgery, laser skin resurfacing, botox and facial fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm. Through these techiniques he is able to reduce lines and wrinkles, and well as splotchy pigment, and excess skin and fat. Dr. Mogan also enjoys reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, tear ducts, and orbits following removal of skin cancers, or trauma, including the loss of an eye.
